[TN-Bird] Hohenwald, Ringed Turtle Dove?

Amongst the small but persistent population of Eurasian Collared  
Doves in my mother's neighborhood in town in Hohenwald (Lewis  
County), there is one much paler individual.  Mom has been telling me  
about it for a week or two, and I finally saw it myself yesterday  
(May 28).  It sure did look like a turtle dove to me, also.  Are  
there populations of this species in Tennessee, or just wandering  
escapees?
