[TN-Bird] Herndon TOS to western Washington Co

Despite intermittent drizzle, a field trip of the Herndon chapter
yielded several interesting birds for the 7 participants:
Green-wg. Teal - 1
Wild Turkey - seen or heard at 3 sites
N. Harrier - 3
Sharp-sh. Hawk - 1
Red-tailed Hawk - 1 albino (near Snapp bridge)
Wilson's Snipe - 10
Red-headed Woodpecker - 2
Loggerhead Shrike - 1
Am. Pipit - 2
Palm Warbler - 3
Savannah Sparrow - 3
Swamp Sparrow - 5
White-cr. Sparrow - 12+
