[TN-Bird] Help with bird ID

I was at my kitchen window yesterday and saw a bird standing on the statue
above the bird bath. It may have been a Yellow-Bellied flycatcher. I remember
it having a very dark head, yellow belly and two wing bars. However, the
picture in the Peterson Guide doesn't show a dark head. Maybe, it appeared
darker
due to it not being in the sunlight. I know my first instinct was that it
reminded me of an Eastern Kingbird, but I know they don't have a yellow belly,
and I couldn't see any white on the tip of it's tail. It just had that head
shape of a flycatcher. I didn't have much time to study it. I had a worker
measuring the kitchen for tile work. When I looked out and saw this bird, I
hadn't seen before, I left him in mid-sentence to run into the next room to
get
my binoculars. Can you think of any other bird that I could have seen rather
than the Yellow Bellied Flycatcher?
Thanks!
