Greeneville's Christmas Bird Count was held today. Final numbers are not in
yet, but the species total stands at 78 so far. Highlights of the count are:
American Bittern
Osprey
Red-shouldered Hawk
American Woodcock
Barn Owl (2)
Red-headed Woodpecker (2)
Loggerhead Shrike
Horned Lark
House Wren (2)
Chipping Sparrow (19)
Fox Sparrow
Rusty Blackbird (54)
Baltimore Oriole
