Got this from the Georgia List and thought it looked interesting so I
thought I would pass it on.
Good Birding!

Subject: [GABO-L] Great new website for birding lists in the southeast
To: GABO-L@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Good morning all,
David Ranney (now of NC) has put together a great website for viewing
all the messages sent to various SE mailing lists. On one page, you
can see the subject lines for all the lists, and simply clicking a
subject goes directly to the message. This makes it a bit easier to
quickly see what is happening in the Southeast (bird-wise). The
messages appear as soon as they go out to a respective list. Messages
are archived for 30 days and you can click previous days messages.
The link is here: http://www.sialia.com/s/selists.pl (bookmark it)
NOTE: When you click it this morning you'll only see a couple of
posts that came in after midnight. Use the Jump To: link to see
previous days to get an idea of how it works.
Here's a list of all the lists currently being compiled.
http://www.sialia.com/s/selists.pl?rm=all_lists
If you know of a a list in NC, SC, GA, TN, AL, MS or FL that is not on
the list, please send me a link and I'll get it to David. This
includes listservs and Yahoo Groups and other types of email lists.
If you'd like to just view messages in this way and not get gabo-l in
your email box here's how to do that:
send a message to listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
with nothing in the subject line and in the body put this:
set gabo-l NOMAIL
This way you are still subscribed to the list and can still post. I
hope you all find this website useful.
Thanks,
Steve
P.S. If you are subscribed to any of the other lists in the SE, feel
free to forward this message on.
