[TN-Bird] Great Egret, Ring-billed Gull at Radnor Lake, Davidson Co.

3-27-08
Radnor Lake
Davidson Co

In a walk around the lake this morning I had 1 Great Egret and 1 Ring-billed
Gull, both uncommon for Radnor. Yellow-rumped Warblers have really moved
in, with at least 23 counted, but they were the only warbler seen. Winter
residents are still present with sapsuckers courting, both kinglets singing,
Winter Wren, Brown Creeper, and White-throated Sparrow. There were 3 Purple
Martins flying overhead and calling. Waterfowl included Canada Goose, Wood
Duck,
Mallard, Gadwall, coot, and Ring-necked.
