[TN-Bird] Re: Fwd: [SHOALS:131] MAWA foreign recapture followup

For those of you who are not "in the know" Charlie left out one pertinent 
detail.  Shoals Marine Lab is on a small group of islands off the coast of 
Maine and New Hampshire.
