[TN-Bird] Franklin's Gull at J Percy Priest Reservoir

Today, Sunday Oct 29, Jeff Cowell, Bob Ingle and I saw one winter-plumaged 
Franklin's Gull on the small island offshore at Fate Sanders Marina.  Yesterday 
morning, there were 2 birds there briefly, but both flew away and we could not 
relocate them.   This is the first county (Rutherford) record as far as I know.
