[TN-Bird] Forster's Tern, Snow Bunting Peninsula

While at snow bunting peninsula this morning, I observed a single Forster's
Tern hanging around the buoys just off the North end. A drive to the "pay
beach" parking area turned up a Canvasback mixed in with the Horned and
Pied-billed Grebes. Many Ruddy Ducks were still present as well.
