[TN-Bird] First pair GBH at Coulter Shoals rookery

Just saw a pair circling over the rookery just downstream from Coulter Shoals 
light, Tenn. River mile 608, Loudon Co. side.  First pair this year.  We've had 
an osprey fly by the nesting platform on the light, but haven't seen any really 
getting interested.  Sometimes they'll pull twigs off trees in our yard.
