[TN-Bird] First Year Golden Eagle

Coming through Black Bayou WMA I saw a dark bird gliding over the trees and 
field and when I was able to get my Binoc on it, I could see the wide white 
band at the base of the tail and the Dark band on the tip, the small golden 
head ....cloudy conditions. My best look was when it went to land on a limb and 
pulled up and flew off.
