[TN-Bird] Ferrugionous Hawk in MS

Yesterday, Gene and Shannon Knight relocated the Ferruginous Hawk that I  
found off Arkabutla Dam Road about 1 mile east of Highway 3. It was interacting 
 
with Red-tailed and Harrier Hawks. It is big enough to bully anyone.
