At the request of TOS Secretary Laura McCall, I've posted the draft minutes
of the Fall 2008 TOS Board of Directors Meeting at
http://www.tnbirds.org/Events/Springmtg09.html.  These minutes will be
reviewed during the upcoming Board meeting on May 2.
