[TN-Bird] Falcon at Bristol Motor Speedway

I was in turn one and saw the bird you describe. Didn't have the aid of my
binoculars (forgot them), but based solely on the bird's size and shape, I
throught it was a peregrine. Made the comment to some of the guys with me.
Didn't consider a merlin, but on reflection, I would think the body may have
been too heavy for a merlin and the tail too long. But again, I haven't seen
that many merlins in flight.
Anyway, it was neat to see a falcon soaring in the midst of 165,000 NASCAR fans.
