[TN-Bird] FW: migratory bird list: proposed revision

I am forwarding this notice about proposed revisions to the migratory bird 
list from U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service, in case some of our more 
knowledgeable subscribers, who keep up with these sorts of details, might 
want to comment to the FWS--or at least look over the proposed changes.
