[TN-Bird] FW: eBird Report - TN Rankin Bottoms , 5/30/08

After early morning golf outing at Baneberry (Jefferson co.) I made a swing 
through Rankin bottoms WMA (Cocke Co.). I attached my e-bird report.  The water 
was high, but an airboat brought up the Canada geese and the Coot.  Earlier in 
the day I had two flyover Great Egrets, a Cormorant, and an osprey at the golf 
course.  A little further down the point at Nina's Ferry, I had wood thrush and 
Acadian flycatcher singing in the woods, and a pair of Baltimore Orioles by the 
lake.
 
I am curious, back at Rankin, about some white "no Tresspassing" signs with red 
lettering.  No idication as to who posted them?  Maybe Mike and Leslie might 
have some info?
