Eurasian Collared-Doves were confirmed breeders in Shelby  County in May 1994 
and had been breeding for at least two years at two  east Memphis locations 
prior to first photos taken and sent to American Birds.  I have confirmed 
sightings at locations in every county in west TN since  that time.
