[TN-Bird] Coopers Hawk downtown clarksville

Saw a coopers hawk munching on a bird on the corner of north second and 
strawberry alley in downtown clarksville next to the federal building around 4 
pm. I first saw it sitting on the railing on the side walk and then it flew up 
and continued to eat on top of a building across from John's cleaners. The city 
buses didn't seem to phase it a bit.
