[TN-Bird] Common Yellowthroat 01.18.03-Lake County

Please forgive this late posting.
Common Yellowthroat seen at above date and location.  Patchy snow cover and 
cold temps (20's).  Common Yellowthroat  observed in tall grass near drainage 
ditch foraging.  I don't know exactly which road we were on when we found this 
bird.  Plummage appeared to be of either an adult female or 1st winter bird.  
The party of birders included myself and my husband Frank Varney, Nancy Moore, 
Ken Leggett, Winston Walden and his wife Kit.  Only Winston Walden, possibly 
his wife Kit and myself observed this bird.  According to Nancy Moore, a Common 
Yellowthroat was included on this year's CBC for this area.
