[TN-Bird] Cliff Swallows / Vesper Sparrows , Anderson County, TN

I spent about 20 minutes this morning driving around Eagle Bend Fish
Hatchery today on the way to an apt. (Clinton, TN  Anderson County) 
*Highlight was 4 VESPER SPARROWS. They were located near the top of 
the largest "high" pond in the edge of yard where the supervisor's house
is located.
4 Savannah Sparrows were seen also. 

There were 7 BLUE-WINGED TEAL and 2 BUFFLEHEAD.
A SNOW GOOSE is still present.

I only saw 5 TREE SWALLOWS around the ponds. I then drove "under" the
bridge that crosses the Clinch River adjacent to Eagle Bend to check the
river. (This is where a large concentration of Cliff Swallows have nested
the last 2 years. ) I was surprised to see 5 CLIFF SWALLOWS already
"getting busy" and  perching on the mud nest cavities on the ledges
checking them out.
Seems early.
