[TN-Bird] Cherokee Dam Scoters

The three white-winged scoters first reported by Dean Edwards on Feb. 7 were 
still there today Feb. 18 (5:45 pm). They are approximate 1/3 mile norh of 
Cherokee Dam, best viewed from the end of the gravel boat launch road (right 
turn approx. 1/2 mile along Hwy. 375, after turning right off of Hwy. 92)
