[TN-Bird] Chattanooga CBC results

The Chattanooga CBC was held on December 15 with 30 participants in the
field. The final species count was 102 which is pretty good considering
the warm temperatures earlier in the week which usually means less birds
in the area:

Highlights included:

- 1 hen LONG-TAILED DUCK found by John Henderson and Dan
Jacobson from a boat out from Booker T Washington State Park.

- 1 AMERICAN BITTERN and 3 VIRGINIA RAILS and a Marsh Wren
observed by David Patterson at Standifer Gap Marsh.

- 1 BLUE-GRAY GNATCATCHER and 20 Vesper Sparrows found by Dave
Vogt on William's Island.

- 3 Red-breasted Nuthatch (only ones on the count) and 50 Pine
Siskins at Jonnie Sue Lyons feeders on Signal Mountain.

- 1 Orange-crowned Warbler found by Danny Gaddy's party.

- 6 Bald Eagles

- 1 Peregrine Falcon at the usual location below Chickamauga
Dam

There were not too many misses this year:

- No Purple Finches even though they were reported in the area
over the last few months.

- No Barred Owl which is never easy on this count.

- No Northern Bobwhite

I want to thank everyone who helped with this count!!
