Hello Birders,
Due to my own stupidity and loss of some memory after the stroke a couple of
years ago, I forgot how to do certain things to make my computer work, so I've
been off line for several days. Sorry about that. Please forgive.
Here in the Charlotte Park area of West Nashville in Davidson County, I have
had very hungry cedar waxwings dining in my hackberry trees for the past ten
days. There have been anywhere from 20 to 1000 at a time on any given day.
Also, I had 5 Eurasian collared doves return to feed on the first day of
spring.
Myriads of birds are singing all over the place, and doves and pigeons are
copulating on my deck. Those males really "fluff up" when they are chasing
their "lady birds."
Happy birding, everybody. Enjoy.
