Cades Cove
Great Smoky Mtns. Nat Park
Blount County

Martha Rudolph, Kristine Johnson, and I walked from Sparks Lane across
the fields to Hyatt Lane. Later we stopped at the sewage ponds. We
recorded the following species:

Canada Goose 4
Wood Duck 4
Mallard 2
Bufflehead 36
Wild Turkey 7
Turkey Vulture 1
NORTHERN HARRIER 1
Red-shouldered Hawk 1
Mourning Dove 1
Red-bellied Woodpecker 1
Downy Woodpecker 2
Hairy Woodpecker 1
Northern Flicker 4
Pileated Woodpecker 3
Eastern Phoebe 6
Blue Jay 5
American Crow 5
Carolina Chickadee 10
Tufted Titmouse 6
Carolina Wren 3
Eastern Bluebird 5
American Robin 80
Pine Warbler 1
Field Sparrow 1
Song Sparrow 11
Dark-eyed Junco 1
Northern Cardinal 3
Red-winged Blackbird 3
Eastern Meadowlark 8
RUSTY BLACKBIRD 1
