[TN-Bird] Cades Cove Birds

On Sunday, February 27, Kristine Johnson and I hiked up Mill Creek which is
off the Forge Creek Road off the Cades Cove Loop. We saw the following birds
in the Cove(CC), at the Sewage Ponds(SP), and along Mill Creek(MC).

Canada Goose - 2 CC
Redhead - 1 SP
Mallard - 7 SP
Bufflehead - 43 SP
Ruffed Grouse - 1 MC
Pileated Woodpecker - 3 CC
Downy Woodpecker - 1 MC
Hairy Woodpecker - 1 MC
American Crow    - 8 CC
Common Raven     - 1 MC
Carolina Chickadee - 2 MC
Red-breasted Nuthatch - 1 MC
Eastern Bluebird    - 3 CC
American Robin - 70 CC
Starling       - 3 CC
Song Sparrow   - 2 MC
Red-winged Blackbird - 4 CC
Eastern Meadowlark - 8 CC
