[TN-Bird] Buff-breasted Sandpiper in Anderson Co.

About 12:30 today - Wed. Aug. 27 - Linda Fowler-Smith of Clinton spotted 
a Buff-breasted Sandpiper walking near the road on the berm near the 
second pond on the left at the Eagle Bend Fish Hatchery in Clinton in 
Anderson County.
