[TN-Bird] Black-throated green and Red-eyed vireo

While backpacking in the Citico Creek Wilderness Area (border of TN and NC
south of the Smokies, 2000-3000ft elevation), my husband and I recorded the
following species:

Louisiana waterthrush
Red-eyed vireo
Black-throated green warbler
Winter wren - don't get to hear these guys too often
Ruffed grouse
other common resident species...

Not sure if this is an early record date for the first three species.

We also saw lots of sessile trilium, spring beauties, and violet species. the
trout lillies appeared to be done flowering.
A few buckeye were begining to leaf out too!

So glad to know that Spring is here!!
