[TN-Bird] Black-necked stilts

Off of Hwy. 78
Monday, July 20, I found two families of Black- necked Stilts. One family of 6 
was at the Phillippy Pits, and the 2nd family was at the Phillippy Unit of 
Black Bayou on the Refuge .
Nice to see the stilts were able to find water that lasted long enough for them 
to complete their nesting this year. It being so dry the last two year. I have 
seen years where you would find ",nests" with beautiful camouflaged eggs in it 
that they had to abandon and try somewhere else.
