[TN-Bird] Black-bellied Whistling Ducklings - Ensley

July 23, 2009
Ensley Bottoms
Shelby Co. TN

Just 369 days since David and I first saw the young from TN's second
nesting of Black-bellied Whistling Ducks, the third set of six ducklings
appeared today at straight up noon. I've been playing hide and seek with this
pair
in the high grass at the "Pits" for a couple of weeks. A noon trip today
paid off. Photos can be found at the following site, scroll down to the last
5 photos on the last page. You can click on each image to enlarge photos
and read text.
