[TN-Bird] Black-bellied Plover, etc. (Cocke Co., TN)

Cocke County: Dutch Bottoms (DB), Rankin Bottoms (RB), and vicinity

I spent about 2.5 hours today in northern Cocke County, from mid-morning until 
around lunchtime.  Unfortunately I arrived too late to catch maximum birdsong, 
but results were good nonetheless.  Here's a complete list:

minutes; distinguished from American Golden-Plover by larger head and bill, 
black axillaries, white rump, and light tail)
