[tn-bird] Black Tern at Standifer Gap Marsh

I had real good looks at a Black Tern over the small pond next to the marsh
this morning. A few minutes later as I was looking over the marsh I noticed
it up high and headed north. Didn't see it again during the time I was there
but maybe it will be in the area for awhile.

Also had an immature Little Blue Heron and a Great Egret but no Rails.
