[TN-Bird] Birds feeding + a squirrel fight

Hello Birders,
 
While watching hoards of starlings and house finches feeding their hungry  
young outside my kitchen window in  Charlotte Park, West Nashville,  Davidson 
County, this morning, I heard loud thumpings (not too unlike a Santa  Claus 
arrival) on the roof above my head.  Immediately, I saw globs of  squirrel fur 
and 
single hairs floating down from the roof in front of the  window.  Obviously, 
at least two squirrels were having a rough and tumble  tussle up there.  By 
the time I got outside and in position to look,  the battlers had fled.  The 
birds returned to feed and all was once again  well in Birddom as the 
chickadees, titmice, cardinals, mockingbirds, blue jays,  rock pigeons and 
house 
sparrows joined the others for their  breakfast.
