Being mostly a reader and not a poster, I can see where people are
interested in both sides of the recent political issues. Would it be
possible to start another area called, perhaps, birding politics. Here,
people could post their feelings no matter which side they favor.
I have been involved in messages boards before where the moderator
became very frustrated trying to decide what should be allowed and what
should not. With a new area on which to post, it would be mostly a
free-for-all with no moderator intervention. As a matter of fact, it
could become quite ugly with feelings being hurt.
Personally, I think Wallace does a stellar job with so possible slips
when a message covers many subjects.
Consider this possiblilty, but do not ask me to moderate the proposed
new message board.
