[TN-Bird] Birding Help

My wife and I are going to make a weekend birding trip up the Great River
Road and then to Reelfoot.  Would appreciate some help on the must stop a=
t
areas and what birds to look for this time of year between Memphis and
Reelfoot.  A couple of weeks ago we stopped at White's Lake off of the GR=
R
and the gate was closed.  Is this normal or is there another way to the
observation area.  Also the Eagle lake Refuge was closed Sunday afternoon=
=2E=20
Are they farming down there right now?=0D
