After reading David Chaffins's note, I wanted to post a follow up on the wrens
On Thursday, I heard 2 singing birds in the same area.
I went back out this morning, and at 8 AM found 3 singing birds within 10
minutes

Bird (pair?) #1
just past the intersection of Alsup Mill Road and Rocky Hill Road on the north
side of the road there is an old barn close to the road with a "Keep Out" sign
beside a faded Farm Bureau $1000 reward sign.  This bird sings from the trees
behind the barn.

Bird #2
1133 Alsup Mill Road
just past the house there are several outbuildings
this bird sings from the trees behind the buildings
you would probably need a scope for decent views as it is a ways off the road

Bird #3
1360 Alsup Mill Road
this bird sings just before the house from
the trees near the old barns on the north side of the road

The birds sing all day long and should be available for at least the next
month, morning is usually best
If they are not singing, they frequently will respond to tape, which I doubt
will have any harmful effect on their nesting

Hope this helps
I have not had a chance to check the Lytle Creek Road pair again, but will
swsing out there this week and post results
Also seen today, female Blue Grosbeak

Cheers
