[TN-Bird] Barred Owl

 I came back from lunch today at the Unum Provident Building in Downtown 
Chattanooga to find a big beautiful Barred Owl sitting outside the window on a 
branch of one of the Oak Trees.  The first Owl I have seen downtown.
