[TN-Bird] Barn Swallows, Louisiana Waterthrush at Radnor Lake, Davidson Co.

Tony Lance and I birded Radnor this morning and saw our first of season  Barn 
Swallows (2) flying over the lake along with 3 Tree Swallows.  While  
watching a Barred Owl at the east end of the lake, we spotted our first  
Louisiana 
Waterthrush just a few feet away.  The waterthrush never sang,  but we really 
enjoyed watching the owl as it bathed in the creek.  We also  saw 3 Winter 
Wrens, several singing Ruby-crowned Kinglets, and lots of  Yellow-rumped 
Warblers.  
 Goldfinches were always within earshot as we  circled the lake, some in 
bright yellow plumage.
 
Yesterday (3-23) I saw my first Northern Rough-winged Swallow above a  
parking lot on Edmondson Pk.
