[TN-Bird] Bald Eagle - Grainger County

At noon todqy a mature Bald Eagle soared over my house on Burkhart Knob in
Grainger County, approximately 10 miles from Rutledge.  This eagle soared
for about 10 minutes, then moved off east in the direction of Cherokee Lake.
