[TN-Bird] Back Yard

Sitting on the deck for a few minutes this evening and heard the soft sweet 
sound  of zoo zee and was able to get a quick look at a Blackthroated Green.   
Drove around this morning in Black Bayou and they are finally putting water in 
the ditch and the goose pit.   Black Bayou has really been dry...

Talked with a photographer that goes to White Lake Refuse a lot in the winter 
and he reports that they have put in a new boardwalk out to the observation 
tower!!! finally.....that will be nice this winter to observe the waterfowl, 
etc there.  They close the gate Nov. 1 so you cannot drive in.
