[tn-bird] BKY: RPT -- Mr. Snowy continues

Kathy Caminiti called a few minutes ago to report that the Snowy Owl
continues in Pendleton County.  This morning (March 23, 2002) it was
perching mostly on the tops of houses along LLL Highway . . . maybe he's had
enough of being chased around the fields.
