I just spent about a half hour wandering about the area where the Anhinga was
reported in Knoxville and could not find one.
There were also no cormorants around.
A few Great Blue Herons were there, and a soaring Turkey Vulture.
I walked up the trail along the Third Creek Greenway, as well as a short
distance along the river. I'll check again on my way home and tomorrow
morning, as I work right next to that area.
