I have viewed Winged Migration using a videotape on a
relatively small TV screen, so I do not know what my
reaction to it would be if I saw it in a theatre, but I
was disappointed with what I saw.

The photography is splendid and worth the effort to
see the film, but the editing left much to be desired.
Oftentimes the narration is completely unrelated to
the content of the film being show or there is a delay
in establishing the relation of narration to film that
is annoying. If you view this film without the sound,
it is better than with the sound.
