[TN-Bird] 2 Golden Eagles Roan Mtn

A second Golden Eagle with a Raven on its tail made an appearance at 3:15.
This matches the number we had last year on the Roan Mountain CBC. Both
birds were seen over the mountain at the back end of the cove. Not many
birds can make Ravens look small.
It should be noted to that both birds were also across the line in North
Carolina.
