I've used Exceed 7 and Exceed 9 and they both work well in a Terminal Server
env.

Absolutely, each session/display gets a unique ID and stays completely
separate. This is old hat in the UNIX world and not a problem at all
(assuming you have good X software for Windows)

Client's from 2 different machine's can run X-windows applications inside
