[THIN] winframe -- Please Help

HI,
I'm running Winframe 1.7 server SP5b
When I connect to published applications with my ica client on a windows 95b I
got access problems. the system at the login try to install something. it says
that you need administrator privileges. you click ok then cancel on the windows
that look for the i386 files. after that everything is fine.
now when I connect to the same server with the same client (same user) from a
windows 2000. I don't get that message of administrator rights. EVERYTHING IS
FINE!!!!
I don't get it. Any idea what on the client could do that???
Can someone help me here??? I just can't find that one.
