we had lots of problems with the redaction tool on Windows 2003 Server with
PS 4.5 and Office 2003 and ultimately had to remove it. it is a template
but doesn't use the standard rules/conventions for templates that Microsoft
Office typically uses. It is a per machine template that loads anytime Word
is used and as a result , Word users get lots of "file is in use"
notifications when exiting word.
