just found my change control from last year when i found this bug
When the process wfshell is using too much CPU, it may be caused by a =
key in the registry that does not properly delete after upgrading from =
MetaFrame 1.8 to Metaframe XP.
This occurs randomly for users logging on and is seen across a WAN link =
more often than on the LAN.=20
Check to see if the registry key zlc_sup exists; if it does, delete it =
from all affected servers:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\wfshell\zlc_sup
