Shot in the dark, but have you tried flushing out the cache on the client?
I'd look to do this from several locations on the client side.
- delete the IE temp internet cache files
- also check under C:\program files\citrix\ica client\cache, as well as
C:\documents and settings\%username%\Application Data\IcaClient\cache.
Personally I've seen a few odd issues happen for singular users that were
resolved by manually clearing out their cache areas. Running apps from the
WI in particular drops the ICA file to be launched in the user's IE cache.
Microsoft has never really gotten the IE cache to work correctly through
several revisions of IE imho.
