[THIN] unable to open Second application

I have a single user who is unable to open up a second application from our
WI/CSG farm
SHe can login to the web page, and click on a first application.  Then if
she clicks on a second application, she gets a box that says getting file
information, but the ICA file never downloads.  If she logs off the first
application and then tries to click into the second app the same thing
occurs. To get the other application, she has to completely close out of IE
and then log back into the WI.  I have looked at the IE settings I can think
of but am not sure what is causing this issue. She has the 10.1 version web
client and is running WIN XP on her machine.
