[THIN] tool bar in excel

Hi list,
We use roaming profiles in our environment.
Citrix XP fr1 sp2, W2k server sp4
I have an issue that I cannot find out any solution
When a user do any changes in his/her tool bar in Excel, it works, but
disappear when close and open again the application.
The tool bar doesn't appear and again they have has to load it each time.
Why?
Anybody can point me in the correct way?
